About the opportunity

Reporting to the ‘Senior Manager, Community Relations & Partnerships’, you are responsible for helping to protect and enhance Australia Post’s reputation and its social licence to operate through managing community programs and partnerships that proactively establish mutually beneficial relationships for community partners,



other community stakeholders and Australia Post.

This role is instrumental in developing and delivering on the Community Partnerships and Programs Strategy and managing strategic community partnerships for the enterprise. This role will also be responsible for working with the communications and marketing teams to develop campaigns to strengthen Australia Post's reputation through the community activity.

You’ll be responsible for

- Developing multiyear strategic plans and annual plans for partnerships aligned to the Community Strategy
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with individual partnerships including the negotiation of contracts, ongoing management and maximisation of associated assets and benefits, planning and review
- Working in partnership with the Retail, Brand, Marketing and Communications teams to develop and
