Our focus is on the infrastructure, construction and maintenance industries across government, commercial and private sectors. About the Role

- Rostered shifts mainly 7pm to 4am.
- You’ll be working in small, efficient teams of 2–3, completing approximately 250–350 linear metres per shift.
- Drive C-Class licensed to drive to site. (vehicle provided if you are employed as team leader)
- Operate generators, pressure washers and power tools.
- Set up job site with signage and barricades. Protect all surrounding surfaces.
- Experience working internally & externally. Working around surfaces such as glazing, cabinetry, tiles, concrete, pavements, etc.
- Ableflex removal
- Bitumen board removal
- Joint caulking of building lines Gutter lines Pits and lids Expansion joints Havel joints

- Fast and Productive methods with attention to detail! Experiences in applying sealers and silicone.
- Experience with all range of silicone products
- Follow and/or Implement Secure Work Method Statements. Complete site inductions.
- Document proof of services by using iPhone to take photos and videos. Document this evidence and other information on a web based application.
- Pack up site and clean up tools and equipment. document and report any repairs, near misses and/or incidents.





About You You will have experience in all of the skills listed above key skill areas.

You will confidently work independently and within a small team where you will understand and execute the project scope accurately.

You will operate as one of the levels that we will assess through your recruitment and training:

- Level 1 - Under instruction & supervision
- Level 2 - Working independently & give instructions
- Level 3 - Team Supervisor & high level of demonstrated experience

Essential Requirements

- Ability to work both NIGHT & DAY shifts

- OHS White Card
- Comfortable using smartphones/tablets (training provided)
- Hold certifications (or willingness to obtain):
- Working at heights
- Yellow Card - Scissor lift + EWP below 11m
- High risk license - EWP over 11m

Desirable Requirements

- Industry experience. 2+ Years - or show portfolio of works to demonstrate competency
- Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Ability and desire to work across our service offering:
- Cleaning & Pressure washing experience
- Painting experience/accreditation
- Concrete patch and repair experience
- Epoxy and Floor coatings experience
