Responsibilities & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ concreting experience
- Leading Hand Skills and Reporting back to office
- High-quality screeding and finishing
- Experience with Kerb & Channel, Crossovers, and Footpaths
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and ateam player with a good attitude
- Ability to work independently and at a fast pace
- Respectful in all interactions with team and clients
- White Card (OH&S;) – Essential
- Manual Driver’s License (Australian) – Essential
- Experience operating small machinery (concrete saws, hand tools)
- First Aid – Preferred
- Well presented
- All Concreter skills above
- Proven leadership experience and ability to supervise a small team
- Plan and organise daily tasks efficiently
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site
- Robust communication and decision-making skills
