We're currently seeking a motivated Construction Labourer to join a well-established commercial construction contractor on a permanent full-time basis. With projects across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for reliable employment, consistent hours, and the chance to grow within a supportive team.

The Role

You'll be working alongside experienced tradespeople across a range of commercial construction projects, providing general site support to ensure projects run safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised site, and is eager to build a long-term career in construction.

Current projects are located in Coomera, Slacks Creek, and Burleigh, with the opportunity to work across multiple sites as new projects commence.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting carpenters, concreters, and other trades on site
- General labouring duties across commercial construction projects
- Site clean-up and maintaining a safe,



tidy work environment
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting with deliveries and moving materials around site
- Following instructions from supervisors and site managers
- Adhering to all site safety procedures

Requirements

- Previous construction labouring experience
- Full, unrestricted Australian work rights
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel cap boots, etc.)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to work
- Available to start immediately
