- Build key executive relationships for strong business development and engagement The Position Future Leadership is seeking a Consultant, Advisory with proven coaching and leadership development delivery and high-quality program development to deliver impactful participant experiences and solid client outcomes. This is a varied and consultative role, structured around four key areas of business development, account management, project delivery and coaching practice support. Reporting to the Head of our Coaching and Transition product line, you will identify and build coaching opportunities, support client delivery, retention and renewal activities. A commercial and client-centered mindset that models and encourages diverse ideas will move our leadership insights to client impact. Project delivery includes leadership program solutions, continuous improvement of coaching methodologies and resources, and identifying emerging client needs. Your contribution and facilitation of workshops support our clients’ executive team strategies, culture, senior capabilities and critical business needs.



You bring experience from professional services, consulting or strong organisational development internal operations. You demonstrate positivity, curiosity and the ability to draw on your expertise for the open exchange of ideas. You are known as a trusted advisor.
