ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking Consultants with experience in Front Office, Middle Office Operations, or Data Analytics to support clients through Aladdin implementations and ongoing platform optimization. This role is well suited to someone comfortable working with investment data, building reports, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting the operational workflows that keep an Aladdin environment running smoothly. As part of our consulting team, you'll work with internal data teams, client business users, and technology partners to support clients through various stages of the implementation lifecycle.

You'll help support project plans, maintain data quality, build and refine reporting, and troubleshoot issues that arise as clients transition investment and operational processes onto the Aladdin platform.

Support reporting and analysis using data sourced from Aladdin.

Gather and document business requirements for recurring reports, dashboards, and data needs.

Review and analyze investment and operational data to identify trends, exceptions, and data quality issues.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality control checks across datasets.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.

Help troubleshoot data issues by researching root causes and working with relevant teams to resolve them.

Work with data and technology teams to support data mapping, transformation, and integration activities.

Maintain documentation for data definitions, report logic, and operating procedures.

Support users of Aladdin data by answering questions and helping improve reporting processes.

Contribute to process improvements that increase the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Front Office, Middle Office Operations, or Data Analytics within financial services, asset management, or investment operations.

Basic understanding of investment data concepts such as portfolios, holdings, benchmarks, performance, and risk.

Experience creating reports, dashboards,



or data summaries for business users.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data issues and inconsistencies.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work across business and technical teams.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.

Strong Excel/SQL skills; familiarity with Aladdin (or willingness to develop deep platform expertise) is a plus Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with data from Aladdin or a similar investment management platform.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.

Familiarity with reconciliation, data quality, or controls processes.

Exposure to Python, data visualization, or data transformation tools.

Strong SQL and Excel skills, with experience working with structured datasets.

Knowledge of asset management operations or middle office workflows.

Interest in building long-term expertise in investment data, operations, and the Aladdin ecosystem

Prior consulting experience or exposure to system implementations is a plus. Success in This Role
