Type: Full-time Why This Role Is Different

As a Consulting Delivery Lead at Ignite, you’ll combine the accountability of a Delivery Lead with the craft of a senior Business Analyst. You'll work hybrid style by moving data product by data product through a set of structured delivery gates, always tracing back to the business value you set out to deliver. People change and communications sit right at the centre: nothing is ‘delivered’ until end users are actually using it.

You’ll work alongside teams using leading tools and technologies like Databricks and Snowflake.

And you’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on the energy industry, with opportunities to work across natural resources and other regulated sectors, spanning from large enterprise clients to exciting scale-ups. What You’ll Do

Work with clients to articulate business value and translate it into clear, deliverable requirements

Lead hybrid delivery of data products, product by product, through structured delivery gates

Own delivery schedules, resourcing, risk management,



and status reporting across client and Ignite stakeholders

Lead the people change and communications plan for each data product, so end users adopt what’s delivered

Coach and mentor project team members, collaborating closely with data architects, engineers and scientists What You Bring

3+ years experience delivering projects end-to-end, from business case through to delivery and adoption

Solid experience as a Delivery Lead and/or senior Business Analyst, comfortable owning both

Solid experience in the use or Jira and/or Azure DevOps

Experience with structured, gated delivery approaches and hybrid Waterfall-Agile ways of working

Track record of people change management and communications that drive real adoption

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from execs to end users

Curiosity and a growth mindset, which means you’re always learning and improving What will give you an edge The Golden Triangle: consulting experience, data delivery experience, and Energy & Utilities experience

Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks

Experience with natural resources or other regulated, asset-heavy industries
