Contract Administrator – Class 2 Apartments Project

We are partnering with a well-known Sydney Developer-Builder with a strong track record delivering Class 2 apartment developments across NSW. They are seeking an experienced Class 2 Contract Administrator to join the in office team delivering a major $60M residential apartment development in Bowral, NSW. .

The Opportunity

This is a key role supporting the commercial delivery of residential apartment projects from procurement through to completion. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and site teams to ensure all financial and contractual aspects of the project are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage subcontractor procurement and letting of trade packages
- Prepare scopes of work and tender documentation
- Assess subcontractor progress claims and variations
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and reporting
- Administer head and subcontracts in line with project requirements
- Support project delivery to achieve time, cost,



and quality objectives

About You

- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with experience delivering Class 2 apartment projects in NSW
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar
