About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Underground Mine Surveyor to join our team. Working closely with technical departments and site personnel, you will play a key role in supporting safe and efficient underground mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safety-first approach in all aspects of your work.
- Perform surveying activities to support underground development, production, and drilling.
- Liaise with technical departments to priorities survey requirements.
- Produce accurate and timely survey data and plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work independently while supporting a collaborative team setting.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying.
- A minimum of two years' underground mining survey experience.
- Experience with Surpac and/or Deswik.
- A current manual driver's license.
- Strong computer literacy and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
- Grade One or Grade Two Survey Authorisation (desirable).
