We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chef/Cook to join our busy café kitchen on a full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys early starts, a consistent daytime roster, and working in a friendly, team-focused workplace. No night work. What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality café-style meals and specials
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organised to food safety standards
- Supporting the team and communicating clearly with front-of-house staff
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (café, restaurant or similar)
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Comfortable with early starts
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Food safety knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
