Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working in the kitchen with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests. ​

What will you be doing?

As a Cook at GYG, you’ll play a key role in delivering fast, fresh and authentic Mexican food. Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to GYG’s recipe and quality standards

Working across different stations (grill, pans and fryers) in a fast-paced environment

Chopping, marinating and preparing fresh ingredients daily

Ensuring food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met

Managing stock levels, portion control and minimising food waste

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, including cleaning dishes, equipment and workstations

Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Contributing to a positive,
