- Grow within one of the largest hospitality groups in Australia Task & responsibilities Assist with opening and closing procedures Assist with Prep of garnishes, sauces, line items Undertake basic cooking duties Adhere to health and safety obligations Support section management Qualification & experience
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment




- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
