Purchase food and supplies for the kitchen Ensure dietary and allergy requirements and restrictions for every child are supported by having thorough knowledge of risk minimisation and communication plans

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times What You’ll Bring Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery - desirable

Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - required

Experience working in a childcare or aged care setting

Valid WWCC

Strong understanding of allergens and dietary requirements
