Coordinator Assets - Civil Infrastructure

Permanent Full-time 35 hours per week + Variable day off every 19-days Leaseback vehicle option available

Salary Range: $126,352.78 - $146,842.34 per annum + 12% Superannuation

We're looking for a strategic infrastructure leader who wants to make a genuine difference.

As Coordinator

Assets - Civil Infrastructure, you'll shape investment in roads, footpaths, drainage, flood resilience and traffic management, helping create a safer, more connected and more resilient Wingecarribee for generations to come.

What you'll do

As Coordinator Assets - Civil Infrastructure, you'll lead the planning and management of Council's civil infrastructure portfolio and help determine how and where we invest in the assets that matter most to our community.

You'll identify and scope Council's four-year road, footpath and drainage capital works programs, ensuring investment delivers the greatest benefit to residents, businesses and visitors across the Shire. You'll lead Council's flood management and traffic management portfolios, driving initiatives that improve safety, strengthen resilience and support community connectivity. Working closely with internal teams, government agencies and funding partners, you'll maximise natural disaster recovery opportunities to reduce the financial impact of disasters on Council and the community.

From defining maintenance and operational programs to influencing long-term infrastructure strategies, you'll have the opportunity to improve the condition of our road network, strengthen flood resilience and help deliver the connected communities our residents want to see. What you'll need (Essential Criteria)

Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience in the construction, maintenance or asset management of road and drainage assets.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, support and motivate a high-performing team.





Demonstrated experience managing asset management systems, databases and GIS information relating to civil infrastructure assets.

Experience developing and implementing asset management strategies, plans and frameworks that improve organisational performance.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in road, pavement, drainage and corridor maintenance, including rehabilitation and road safety programs.

Strong analytical, reporting, written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.

Other Requirements

Maintain a current unrestricted C Driver Licence.

Successfully complete a National Police Check.

Meet the inherent physical requirements of the role.

Participate in Council's Drug and Alcohol Testing Program.

Complete all mandatory induction, compliance and role-specific training.
