About the role The Campaigns & Events team delivers national and State based Peer-to-Peer Campaigns, Third Party Beneficiaries, Fundraising events, Community Fundraising and Community Engagement Activities across Queensland.

This role will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Campaigns & Events team to assist with the delivery of our key campaigns throughout the year.

This role is a Fixed Term, Part-Time position (15 hours per week).

About you

We are looking for an experienced administration professional with great customer service skills, who is keen to apply that in a fast paced, fluid environment, supporting the coordination of our fundraising campaigns to achieve our revenue targets.

You will bring

- Experience working in administration and or fundraising environments (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office 365 or Customer Relationship Management systems, project management systems, P&L; trackers
- Demonstrated sound experience in the provision of administrative support services
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in financial administrative procedures, including accounts payable
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems/programs
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals and groups




- Highly developed time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A current driver license
- Prior work experience with volunteers or in a not-for-profit environment is highly regarded though not essential, as is experience supporting a sales or revenue generation team
