The role

Working alongside experienced Partners, you'll advise on matters including:
- Financial Services Regulation
- Funds Management
- Managed Investment Schemes
- Fund Constitutions and Trust Deeds
- Disclosure Documents
- Investment Management Agreements
- Financial Services Guides
- AML/CTF compliance
- Digital Assets and Payments Regulation
- Corporate Advisory
- Acquisition and disposal of financial services businesses

You'll work closely with sophisticated clients, providing commercially focused advice in an evolving regulatory environment.

About you

You'll ideally have





- Approximately 4+ years' post-admission experience
- Strong Financial Services Regulatory experience
- Exposure to broader Corporate Advisory work
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Strong commercial judgement and client relationship skills
- A collaborative approach and desire to continue building specialist expertise
