Role Description The Corporate Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting ISRM’s information risk management and forensic services to decision-makers. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
The Corporate Sales
Representative will collaborate with internal subject matter experts to tailor solutions to client needs and coordinate handovers to service delivery teams. Ongoing responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting sales performance,
and nurturing long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and account review meetings. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in qualified services, cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to understand and communicate technical or specialized services (e.g., risk management, information security, forensics) in clear business terms.
Proficient in using CRM platforms and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets, and presentations).
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.
Comfort working with international clients and cross-cultural teams; prior experience in global or multi-region accounts is an advantage.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning about information risk, forensics, and emerging industry trends.
