Cosmetic Nurse Growth & Onboarding Manager Juv'ae is one of Australia's leading cosmetic nursing networks, supporting nurses through education, medical oversight, technology, compliance and business development to build successful careers in aesthetics. We're looking for a Nurse Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding team and play a key role in growing the Juv'ae national nurse network.

Full-time | $125,000–$145,000 + super + performance bonus.

Lead and develop the Nurse Onboarding team

Guide nurses from initial enquiry through to successful onboarding, across both our Clinical Foundations pathway and experienced cosmetic nurses joining the network

Build relationships, convert qualified enquiries and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

Monitor conversion rates and pipeline performance

Work closely with our Education, Clinical, Operations and Marketing teams to support national growth About you





3+ years' experience in sales, recruitment, onboarding, business development or relationship management

Experience leading or supporting a high-performing team A track record of meeting or exceeding conversion and growth targets

Strong consultative sales, pipeline management and CRM skills Experience in healthcare, recruitment or aesthetics is highly regarded, but not essential. What we offer
