Primary responsibilities include: Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures

Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 50 - 60 stops per day)

Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction

Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols Candidate Requirements Unrestricted Australian working rights

Minimum Full C Class License

Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)





Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessment

Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards

Robust customer service orientation and professional demeanour
