Your Opportunity

Bushmans is seeking an exceptional Country Manager to unlock the full potential of an already successful business. Demand is strong. The brand is respected. The market opportunity is significant. The challenge is building the operating disciplines, systems and leadership capability required to consistently convert that demand into outstanding customer outcomes, operational performance and sustainable profitability.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full accountability for the Bushmans P&L; and leadership responsibility for five operating sites and national commercial activities. You will lead the transformation of the business into a highly aligned, data-driven and performance-focused manufacturing operation built on operational excellence, accountability and continuous improvement whilst continuing to grow and develop commercial relationships. We are looking for a leader who creates high-performing operating systems, develops capability, drives execution and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall performance and profitability of the Bushmans business.

Ensure all operational initiatives deliver measurable financial outcomes, including EBITDA growth, productivity improvements and margin enhancement.

Drive operational excellence across five manufacturing sites.





Build and embed a consistent operating system, management cadence and performance disciplines across the organisation.

Improve production planning, scheduling, throughput and capacity utilisation.

Strengthen supply chain, inventory management and working capital performance.

Improve equipment reliability, preventative maintenance and operational efficiency.

Drive customer service performance through improved OTIF, quality and delivery outcomes.

Develop leadership capability and accountability throughout the business.

Embed Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Daily Management Systems. What We're Looking For

You are an experienced manufacturing and commercial executive who thrives on transforming businesses through operational leadership and disciplined execution. You will bring:

Proven experience leading multi-site manufacturing operations.

Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing full P&L; responsibility.

A data-driven, disciplined and highly accountable approach to leadership.

A strong track record delivering operational transformation and business improvement programs.

Deep expertise across production, supply chain, planning, maintenance, quality and inventory management.

Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement cultures.

Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, S&OP; processes and manufacturing operating systems.

A visible and hands-on leadership style that builds credibility on the factory floor.





The ability to identify root causes, solve complex operational challenges and drive sustainable outcomes.

Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
