About the Role

As the CRM Marketing Specialist, you'll become the technical CRM expert within the marketing team, supporting the delivery of email campaigns, CloudPages and first-party data acquisition initiatives across multiple consumer brands.

Working closely with CRM, eCommerce, Media, Analytics and Brand teams, you'll build and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, develop landing pages, support customer data capture initiatives and deliver reporting that drives smarter marketing decisions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining technical capability with marketing execution and thrives in a fast-paced consumer environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, test and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain CloudPages, landing pages and customer data capture experiences.




- Support the organisation's first-party data strategy by implementing new data collection initiatives across digital channels.
- Build and manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling and email quality assurance.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and acquisition.
- Work closely with eCommerce, Media, Analytics and Brand teams to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
- Support integrations between CRM platforms, customer data and digital marketing channels.
- Partner with external agencies and technology providers to deliver best-practice CRM solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across marketing automation, customer journeys and digital performance.

What You'll Need

- 3-5 years' experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign deployment and customer journey execution.
- Experience building email campaigns, landing pages and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with SQL, Google Cloud or other marketing data platforms will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of CRM data, customer segmentation and first-party data strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience within FMCG, retail, consumer products or a multi-brand environment is highly regarded.
