Dr Abbie Clinics is one of Australia's leading podiatry and lower limb biomechanics groups, operating 5 major clinics and 5 satellite clinics across New South Wales. We specialise exclusively in Lower Limb Biomechanics, Podiatry and Orthotic Therapy , helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain and restore function.

We are looking for a confident, resilient and highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to become the driving force behind our patient engagement and growth.

This is not a traditional reception position.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective patients, following up marketing enquiries, reconnecting with previous patients, and guiding people through their journey from their first enquiry to becoming an active patient within our clinics.

About the Role

Your primary objective is to grow our patient base by creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring every enquiry is professionally managed.

You will

- Contact new patient enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Re-engage previous patients who have not attended for ongoing care.
- Build trust and rapport over the phone.
- Confidently explain our services and patient journey.
- Manage follow-up conversations until patients commit to treatment.
- Work towards weekly booking, conversion and patient retention targets.
- Collaborate closely with our practitioners and clinic teams to maximise patient outcomes.

About You We're looking for someone who is:
- A confident and persuasive communicator.
- Warm, qualified and engaging on the phone.




- Resilient and comfortable working through an outbound call list each day.
- Naturally motivated by targets and measurable results.
- Positive, energetic and highly organised.
- Able to overcome objections without being pushy.
- Passionate about helping people make informed healthcare decisions.
- Able to build trust quickly and maintain strong patient relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Experience We would love to hear from applicants with experience in:
- Outbound phone sales.
- Customer success or customer experience.
- Lead conversion.
- Appointment setting.
- Business development.
- Call centres.
- Patient engagement.
- Client relationship management.

Experience within allied health, healthcare or clinical practice is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, handle objections with confidence, and consistently convert opportunities into positive patient outcomes.
