We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Kempsey team.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver industry leading service by proactively reviewing and monitoring jobs then communicating updates to customers.
- Be responsible for ensuring a timely sequenced site, maintaining appointment bookings to meet and maintain service levels.
- Answer internal and external customer enquiries via multiple methods including face to face, system requests and email
- Support customers with general repair related enquiries throughout their customer experience journey.
- Receive and manage customer complaints.

Requirements:

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A valid & current Australian Drivers’ license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
