Looking for a versatile, community-focused role just one street back from beautiful Bateau Bay Beach? This position is perfect for someone wanting only a few days of work each week, with the added opportunity to cover sick leave, annual leave, and busy periods when needed.

We’re seeking a reliable, customer‑focused team member to join our busy Post Office on a casual basis, working 12 to 20 hours per week across 2 to 3 shifts, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Bateau Bay Licensed Post Office is a full‑service outlet offering:

- General postal services including mail and parcel handling, banking, and bill payments
- EIS application processing such as passports, land titles, and tax file numbers
- A wide selection of greeting cards, stationery, coastal gifts, and homewares

We’re located in a vibrant shopping strip just steps from the coast, proudly serving locals and visitors with friendly, professional service.





What We’re Looking For

Post Office retail counter experience is welcome but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

- Cash handling and cashiering
- Customer service
- Sales and retail support
- Processing complex transactions
- Maintaining accuracy and professionalism under pressure
