Key responsibilities include

- Learning and developing Microsoft Data Platform solutions
- Maintaining existing data platforms, Power BI reports, and Microsoft Fabric developments
- Supporting data-related initiatives across the IT Services team
- Assisting with data maintenance, reporting, and analysis activities
- Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
- Ensuring compliance with Council policies, legislative requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity standards
- Providing high-quality customer service and stakeholder support What you’ll need to succeed - Tertiary qualifications (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline




- Experience providing client-focused data development and maintenance services
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern Microsoft Data Platforms
- Knowledge of Microsoft data development technologies and reporting tools
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills Desirable - Exposure to data management and governance practices
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data solutions
