We are looking for an experienced and proactive Datacenter Security Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee security operations, lead security personnel, and ensure the safety, integrity, and compliance of our datacenter facilities.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage daily security operations across datacenter facilities.
? Lead, mentor, and support security teams to maintain high performance.
? Develop and implement security procedures, policies, and best practices.
? Monitor security systems, investigate incidents, and coordinate timely responses.
? Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
? Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen security operations.
✅ REQUIREMENTS

Australian Citizen
Australian Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
