Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during deliveries.

- Load, transport, and handle food orders carefully to maintain product quality.

- Adhere to all road rules, traffic regulations, and company driving policies.

- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety issues.

- Assist with in‑store duties such as food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and packaging when not delivering.

- Process cash and electronic payments accurately.

- Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy delivery vehicle.

- Comply with workplace health and safety procedures and food safety standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification and/or at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in delivery, transport, retail, or hospitality.





- Valid Australian driver’s licence with a safe driving record.

- Valuable knowledge of local roads and ability to use navigation systems.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a fast‑paced environment.

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude with good time‑management and organisational skills.
