Role Description The Delivery Lead role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of AI and integration solutions, ensuring projects meet agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards. In this position, the Delivery Lead coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and facilitates clear communication between clients and technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include planning delivery milestones, tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and removing obstacles to keep work moving smoothly.

The Delivery

Lead also supports continuous improvement of delivery practices, aligns delivery activities with client business outcomes, and ensures solutions are ready for secure, production-grade deployment.

What you'll own:

? Project delivery

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects at once — timelines, budget, quality, and flagging overruns early
- Build and maintain roadmaps with clear milestones and dependencies
- Identify and resolve risks and blockers before they hit scope or deadlines
- Manage scope changes through formal change control

? Clients & production support

- Run live/production projects and manage support contracts across clients
- Act as the primary escalation point for client issues
- Align with stakeholders on requirements, and drive scope finalisation and sign-off




- Manage client expectations on timelines, scope and trade-offs

? Teams & delivery rhythm

- Serve as the coordination point between architects, developers and stakeholders
- Oversee developer support and enablement
- Run sprint planning, retrospectives across teams

? Operations & reporting

- Manage resourcing and capacity planning across concurrent projects
- Report delivery status to leadership and clients — steering committees, weekly/monthly updates
- Ensure delivery follows agreed engineering and QA standards

? Commercial & continuous improvement

- Support commercial discussions — SOWs, change requests, renewals
- Proactively spot improvements in process, tooling and delivery approach
- Capture lessons learned and drive them back into how we work

What we're looking for:

- A senior delivery professional from a consultancy, SI or professional-services background who takes ownership, communicates crisply with senior stakeholders, and understands delivery in a Microsoft / Azure / AI setting. You don't need to code — but you do need to understand what it takes to ship.

Qualifications

- Experience leading delivery of technology projects, AI, integration, or cloud-based solutions.
- Strong skills in project planning, milestone tracking, and risk and dependency management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and client stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Azure, applied AI concepts, and modern integration approaches (APIs, event-driven architectures, automation).
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business-focused conversations.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise multiple initiatives, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
- Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and related tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is beneficial.
- Background in consulting, delivery management, or technical program management is an advantage.
