Dental Boutique is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our exciting recent flagship clinic in the heart of Melbourne CBD. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a brand-new team from day one, working in a luxurious, purpose-built practice equipped with world-class technology and alongside some of Australia’s leading clinicians.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll become an integral part of our clinical team, supporting clinicians through some of Australia’s most advanced dental procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

You’ll have the opportunity to assist across a diverse range of treatments, including:

- Full-arch implant surgery and All-on-X procedures
- Advanced surgical appointments
- Cosmetic smile transformations
- Digital dentistry and smile design workflows
- Complex restorative and multidisciplinary treatment
- Orthodontic procedures, including clear aligners

Your responsibilities will include:

- Chairside assistance during a wide variety of dental procedures.
- Preparing treatment rooms with the latest digital equipment and technology.
- Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilisation.




- Supporting seamless patient flow and creating an exceptional five-star experience.
- Working collaboratively with an experienced, fun and high-performing clinical team committed to excellence.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about dentistry and excited to develop their skills in a premium, high-performance environment.

You’ll bring

- 1+years experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Previous dental assisting experience within Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to remain calm and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
