The Salvation Army is seeking a Housing Case Manager to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk, delivering assessment, case management, counselling, advocacy, and referrals. Working within the Specialist Homelessness Services team, you will provide client-centred support across the Wimmera Southwest region, reporting to the Wimmera Team Leader in Horsham.

This permanent part time role is 30.4 hours per week and based in Horsham, VIC, with a SCHADS Award Level 5
