Your Role
- Be the welcoming face of our clinic—greeting patients warmly and professionally
- Manage bookings, recalls, and patient communications
- Handle payments, health fund claims, and treatment plan coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 year's of experience in the dental industry
- Familiarity with dental practice software D4W is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, compassionate nature and a commitment to patient care
