About the position

Our clients are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our client’s team, supporting a busy clinical schedule while delivering a calm, elevated experience for every patient. This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision, presentation, and proactive teamwork.

You’ll work alongside experienced Dentists and clinicians across a wide scope of dentistry, with exposure (depending on the clinic and your experience) to procedures such as:

- Preventive and general dentistry (exams, cleans support, patient education)
- Restorative care (composite fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Cosmetic dentistry (whitening, veneers, smile makeovers)
- Implant dentistry and advanced treatment planning support (where applicable)

Your day-to-day will include:

- High-level chairside assistance and four-handed dentistry
- Meticulous sterilisation and infection control processes
- Room preparation with a focus on efficiency and detail
- Patient liaison—comfort, reassurance,



and clear pre/post-op guidance
- Digital record keeping, lab coordination, and smooth clinical flow
- Assisting with imaging workflows (where trained/authorised)

Key Requirements

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred) or strong chairside experience
- Excellent infection control and sterilisation knowledge
- Confident communication and polished patient manner
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining presentation standards
