Role Description The Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care to patients, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing treatments such as fillings, crowns, dentures, implants, veneers, and preventive care, while ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.

The role also involves educating patients on oral health, maintaining accurate clinical records, collaborating with dental assistants and front office team members, and adhering to practice protocols and regulatory standards. This is a full-time,



on-site role based at Miami One Dental in Gold Coast, QLD.

Qualifications

- Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Dentist with the relevant dental board or authority in Australia.
- Experience in general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, preventive care, and routine restorative treatments.
- Proficiency or strong interest in restorative and cosmetic procedures such as crowns, veneers, dentures, and implants.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, with strong communication, empathy, and the ability to explain treatment options clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team and maintain professional, respectful interactions with colleagues and patients.
- Strong attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
- Comfort working in a busy practice environment and managing time effectively to balance quality care with appointment schedules.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advances in dental techniques and technologies.
- Prior experience in private practice or community dental settings is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary ranging from AUD80,000 to AUD90,000/year.
