Designer – Bonds Pyrmont, Sydney | Hybrid Working

We're looking for a creative Designer to join the Bonds Design team, focusing on our Men's Underwear category. Working closely with the Senior Designer and cross functional teams, you'll help create seasonal ranges, spot emerging trends and bring new product ideas to life. What you'll be doing

Design and develop seasonal product ranges aligned to the Bonds brand vision and customer needs.

Research fashion, colour and consumer trends to inspire new products, prints and fabric ideas.

Work closely with Merchandising, R&D;, Technical and Supply Chain teams to bring products from concept through to launch.

Create and maintain product specifications, development packs and PLM information.

Develop engaging range presentations, storyboards and seasonal selling materials.

Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality and fit standards.

Share ideas and contribute to improving the way we design and develop products.

About you

Experience in an Apparel Designer or Fashion Designer role, ideally within a retail, fashion or consumer brand environment.

Qualifications in Fashion Design, Textiles or a related field.

Experience designing apparel and working across the product development process.

Able to balance creative ideas with customer needs and commercial outcomes.

Strong collaboration and communication skills,



with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Well organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Experience using PLM systems is highly regarded.
