We're seeking an experienced Team Lead Digital Products & Delivery to lead a portfolio of digital initiatives, guide high-performing multidisciplinary teams, and drive the successful delivery of strategic business outcomes.

About the Role Reporting into the Manager -Digital Products & Delivery, you'll lead the delivery of multiple digital products, projects, enhancements and business-driven work requests across a complex enterprise environment. You'll manage delivery outcomes while providing leadership and coaching to a team of digital professionals, ensuring solutions deliver value, align to strategic priorities and support Sydney Water's digital future. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide digital initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, technology priorities and delivery strategies.

What You'll Be Doing Lead the successful delivery of digital products, enhancements and transformation initiatives.

Manage multiple streams of work, balancing competing priorities while ensuring delivery outcomes are achieved on time and within scope.

Build and execute digital product roadmaps aligned to business and customer needs.

Partner with business stakeholders, project teams and technology leaders to drive successful outcomes.

Lead, mentor and develop cross-functional teams including developers, designers, business analysts,



architects and testers.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve products, delivery processes and customer experiences.

Provide trusted advice on technology options, risks, costs, benefits and solution impacts.

Foster a collaborative, agile and high-performing team culture.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be a strategic and delivery-focused leader who can navigate complexity, build strong stakeholder relationships and inspire teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll combine technical understanding with commercial thinking and a passion for continuous improvement.

About You

You'll bring: Significant experience leading complex digital, technology or enterprise application delivery portfolios.

Proven people leadership experience within multidisciplinary delivery environments.

Robust knowledge of project and product delivery frameworks, governance, risk and stakeholder management.

Experience translating complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business and technology functions.

Exceptional communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Strong understanding of enterprise applications, systems integration and technology delivery.

Highly Regarded

Experience delivering SAP-related initiatives.





PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

Scrum Master certification. ServiceNow experience is desirable.
