Are you a vibrant, passionate Support Worker looking for a role where you'll genuinely be valued? We're a small, close-knit disability support team based in Gracemere seeking casual Support Workers for both day shift and active night shift positions to help our participants live independently and thrive in their community.
You don't need to be available for both — we're hiring for day shifts and night shifts separately, so let us know which suits you best.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing in-home support with daily living tasks
- Assisting with community access — outings, appointments, social and recreational activities
- Supporting personal care needs as required
- For night shift applicants: working active overnight shifts, staying alert and responsive
- Completing progress notes and shift documentation
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Reliability and availability for either day shifts or active night shifts
- Solid communication skills and sound judgement
- A positive attitude and team spirit
- A confident, outgoing personality who can light up a room and brighten a participant's day
What you'll need:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Blue Card (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
- Right to work in Australia
