Disability Support Worker | Flexible Casual Shifts | Hills District, Hornsby & Southwest Sydney At No Limit Support (NLS), we believe great disability support is built on genuine relationships, helping people build independence and creating meaningful experiences. We're looking for compassionate, energetic and reliable support workers with weekday afternoon availability to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for:
- University and TAFE students
- Nursing, allied health and social work students
- People seeking supplementary income alongside another job
- Individuals looking for flexible casual work rather than full-time hours
Where You'll Work
In-Home & Community Supports
- Primarily weekday afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Morning, evening and weekend shifts may also become available
- Working with a range of participants with varying support needs
- Current opportunities across the Hills District (including Dural), Hornsby and Parramatta area.
About the Role
We have a variety of casual opportunities available, supporting participants in their homes and the community.
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Community access and transport
- Domestic assistance
- Medication assistance
- Supporting participants to engage in meaningful activities
- Working collaboratively with families and allied health professionals
We offer flexible schedule and will match successful applicants with clients based on their availability,
experience and location.

- Experience in disability support, personal care, community access or similar roles is highly regarded
Requirements
- Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
