Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals with:
- A Certificate III in Disability, Community Services, or a related health discipline (or currently working towards one).
- Experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or disability support.
- Proficiency in personal care assistance and experience using lifters and other assistive equipment.
- Experience working with Children is preferred.
- Current Working with Children Check is required at application.
- Current NDIS Worker Check
- Current First aid and CPR Certificates
- NDIS Training Modules
- Australian Driver's license
Key Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide personal care support, including showering, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation.
- Support clients with community access, including recreational activities, shopping, and transport.
- Work with individuals with complex medical needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
