Disability & Aged Care Support Worker – Wantirna, Ringwood and nearby Suburbs VIC

Locations: Wantirna, Ferntree Gully, Bayswater, Croydon and surrounds

Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Limited Weekend available

About the Role:

Castle Care & Co is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities will vary based on individual client needs and include:

- Personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and hygiene assistance
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Community access and companionship
- Home assistance - Light cleaning and decluttering tasks

What We’re Looking For:

- Relevant Certification - MUST HAVE Cert 3 Individual Support minimum requirement
- Exceptional English skills - both verbal and written
- A compassionate and skilled attitude with a genuine passion for care
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- A valid Police Check & NDIS Screening
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts
- Mental Health training is a definite plus
