Summary: We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Support Worker for a female client located in Lurnea. This is a casual role with ongoing shifts and potential for additional hours as new clients are onboarded.
: The successful applicant must have experience supporting clients with complex needs and personality disorders. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living while maintaining a calm, skilled, and supportive approach.
Qualifications:
- Previous disability support experience preferred
- Understanding of mental health, complex needs, and personality disorders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
- Experience with complex behaviours and personality disorders
