At Hip Healthy Happy (H.H.H.), we are a growing disability support provider dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of children and young adults across Eastern Melbourne.
We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker who is looking for a long-term role with growth opportunities. This position offers a meaningful career path in a supportive and values-driven workplace.
Position Details
Job Title: Casual Disability Support Worker Location: Croydon North, Doncaster area
Pay Rates (Based on Experience & Qualifications):
- Weekday: $45+ per hour
- Saturday: $63+ per hour
- Sunday: $81+ per hour
Availabilities:
We need someone available on the following days and times:
- Tuesdays 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM
- Wednesdays 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Fridays 08:30 AM to 6 PM
Who We're Looking For
- Preferably with previous experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum
- Understanding of or openness to learning trauma-informed and person-centred care approaches
- Emotional maturity, adaptability, and professionalism
- Interest in a long-term opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential
- Commitment to participant wellbeing and alignment with our company values
Client Needs & Support Expectations
You will support clients with a diverse range of abilities and support needs. Your role will primarily involve:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting social and community participation
- Building independence and practical life skills
To ensure you feel confident and well-prepared, we provide all our staff with ongoing mentorship and support from experienced staff.
Mandatory Requirements to Begin Work
- All applicants must already hold (or be in the final stages of obtaining):
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transport
