About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support that promotes independence, community participation and quality of life.

Duties may include

Personal care assistance

Community access and social support

Transport to appointments and activities

Behavioural support

Domestic assistance

Meal preparation

Medication assistance (where appropriately trained)

Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals

Building positive relationships with participants and families

Essential Requirements

Current Queensland Driver Licence

Reliable and insured vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)

Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Excellent communication skills

Compassionate, reliable and professional attitude

Availability

Applicants must be available Monday to Friday between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm.
