A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Revit Documenter to join its growing in-house design team, delivering high-profile retail and hospitality fit-out projects across Australia.
Working alongside interior designers, project managers and construction teams, you'll play a key role in producing detailed documentation for restaurants, cafés, bars, retail stores and commercial fit-outs.
This is an excellent opportunity to be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design development through to construction delivery, within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Produce high-quality construction documentation in Revit
- Develop detailed technical drawings and joinery packages
- Coordinate documentation with project managers, consultants and site teams
- Resolve technical detailing and buildability issues
- Support projects through documentation and construction phases
- Maintain BIM standards and documentation quality
- Assist with site queries and drawing revisions during construction
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Strong technical documentation and detailing skills
- Experience delivering retail and/or hospitality fit-out projects
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and buildability
- Ability to coordinate consultants and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a collaborative approach
