What You’ll Do We are growing the capability within our Risk and Assurance team.
As the Document Controller , you will issue and manage documents and deliverables through approved document management systems including InEight TeamBinder and Content Manager, while preparing reports across project and corporate activities.
Reporting to the Document Control Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing document control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Develop, track and maintain document, deliverable and records registers across nominated projects and corporate business areas.
- Establish and maintain document management practices to ensure stakeholders use current, approved and accessible documentation.
- Support the creation, review, approval, issue, storage and retrieval of controlled documents and records through approved systems.
- Draft and maintain document control procedures, naming conventions, metadata standards and information exchange protocols.
- Coordinate and manage document reviews, approvals, transmittals and records in accordance with document management requirements.
Who You Are To be successful in this position, you will have qualifications in Information Management, Business, a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience. You will bring strong document control expertise gained within complex project environments and have a demonstrated ability to manage information governance, stakeholder relationships and competing priorities.
- Possess 3-5 years’ experience in Document Control within a multi-disciplinary major project environment.
- Experience using InEight TeamBinder, including document uploads, review workflows and package management.
- Experience with Content Manager (TRIM) and SharePoint will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated knowledge of version control, change management principles and document register administration.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
