We are seeking a Donor Communications Coordinator to join a purpose-driven organisation supporting impactful community programs locally and internationally.
This role will sit within the Partnerships team and play a key role in strengthening relationships with donors, foundations and corporate partners through high-quality communications, reporting and coordination.
You will be responsible for creating engaging donor updates, supporting funding submissions, coordinating reporting requirements and ensuring key partnership commitments are delivered on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and an interest in fundraising, partnerships or the not-for-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop donor communications, reports, proposals and briefing materials
- Support grant and funding processes, including research, documentation and reporting
- Coordinate donor records, agreements and compliance requirements
- Maintain tracking systems to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support strong partner relationships
- Contribute to improving processes, templates and systems across the Partnerships team
About You You will bring strong written communication skills, excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
You will ideally have
- 1–3 years’ experience in communications, fundraising, grants, partnerships or a similar coordination role
- Experience preparing written content such as reports, proposals, briefings or stakeholder communications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience using CRM systems or databases
- A genuine interest in social impact, international development or the not-for-profit sector
