We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Duty Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and support the team in delivering outstanding results.
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business performance.
? Supervise, motivate, and support team members during each shift.
? Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
? Monitor operational performance and assist in achieving business goals.
? Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain efficient operations.
? Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate operational records.
✅ REQUIREMENTS

Australian Citizen
Australian Permanent Resident
Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights
