About Us:
We are a boutique early childhood education and care service with more than 20 years of experience. Since our establishment, our core mission has been to provide children with high-quality education and a nurturing environment in which they can learn, grow, and thrive.
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators to join our team.
Role Description:
The successful candidates will play an important role in supporting the development, learning and wellbeing of children. You will help create stimulating and inclusive learning environments, contribute to the educational program, and develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Diploma Position:
Applicants must
- Hold an approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have a foundational understanding of behaviour guidance, co-regulation and supporting children with a range of needs.
- Be confident in managing the daily operation, routines and learning environment of a room.
- Can lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program.
- Understands the EYLF, the National Quality Framework and the National Quality Standards.
- Can guide and work collaboratively with other educators.
- Demonstrates strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
- Can build positive relationships with children and families.
Certificate III Qualified Educator
Applicants must
- Hold an approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Can support the implementation of learning experiences, routines and the educational program.
- Is willing to observe and document children’s learning and development.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Is eager to learn, develop professionally and contribute positively to the room.
- Can build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.
Essential Requirements:
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.
- Current Child Protection training.
- Knowledge of relevant early childhood regulations, policies and standards.
- Reliability, professionalism and a commitment to child safety.

- Lidcombe NSW 2141: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
