About the Role
We are looking for a full time Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader to join our team at Dysart service on a full time basis, starting immediately.
We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills and pedagogical experience to deliver a positive experience to children of the community.

About You We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism to our team. The successful applicant will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, recognised by ACECQA)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
- A current Blue Card and up to date First Aid/CPR certification (including asthma and anaphylaxis)
- Experience designing and delivering engaging educational programs
- A proven ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
