Ungone is a new and exciting personal security device brand that the Knog team are launching in 2026.

We're a relatively small team, which means your contributions are visible and your input genuinely matters. The Role:

We’re looking for a smart, self-starting eCommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to work alongside our Digital Director, and be a major contributor in helping us reach ambitious growth targets across multiple international markets.

The role has four key focuses: increasing sessions, CVR, AOV and order frequency for Knog & Ungone websites + Amazon stores. To achieve that, you’ll need to understand how to get people's attention, what drives their buying decisions and what builds customer loyalty - and put that into practice to achieve measurable KPIs that deliver to overall company goals for Ungone & Knog. What You’ll Be Doing For Knog & Ungone: Shopify Stores

Own the day-to-day: QA, troubleshooting checkout, orders, shipping and apps.

Execute site merchandising across homepage, collections and navigation, keeping things fresh by balancing new products, promotions, best sellers and seasonal focuses.

Plan and launch campaigns: asset briefs, landing pages, pricing and promotional setup.

Create and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy of product data then continuously improve product pages, collections and on-site content to drive conversion.

Implement and champion SEO best practices (and increasingly, optimising for LLM-driven search) to support organic growth.

co-ordinate and post Journal content that supports our content strategies.

Drive increases in AOV through bundling and incentives

Support international growth as we move into current markets Amazon Marketplaces

Run point on day-to-day comms with our Amazon agency

Improve our stores and product pages; product info, image galleries and A+ content

Keep our store rating healthy by resolving product customer cases quickly

Coordinate FBA top-ups and liaise with logistics to keep stock levels healthy across our 3PLs Email & Retention

Implement campaigns to grow new sign-ups and reduce unsubscribes

Build and send email campaigns aligned with broader marketing activity

Build and optimise automated flows, keeping content up-to-date, valuable and engaging

Manage lists and segmentation so we're always sending the right thing to the right people

Drive repeat purchase through CRM and loyalty offering Reporting, Reputation & Collaboration

Report monthly on your KPIs and understand the numbers day in, day out, always looking for the next opportunity to optimise

Stay on top of customer feedback & reviews across all channels, responding where needed

Work closely with the Knog & Ungone marketing teams to balance ecommerce performance, brand and product storytelling What We’re Looking For:

Above all, what matters is your eCommerce & digital marketing capability and mindset. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital, with the appetite and ambition to grow with us.



You bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in our products and the people who use them

3+ years of eCommerce & Digital marketing experience across multiple areas of the function; ideally including Shopify, Amazon and Klaviyo (or similar)

Strong analytical skills - comfortable with performance metrics, reporting & CVR analysis A self-starter who backs themselves, uses their initiative, and doesn’t need hand-holding

High attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills A solid understanding of SEO & LLM best practice and proven experience implementing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience and/or willingness to use AI tools A degree in marketing, eCommerce or similar is highly regarded What’s On Offer:
