The Role

We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist who thrives on organisation, loves Shopify (must be an expert on the platform, bonus points for ShopifyPlus), and gets a kick out of seeing campaigns come to life without a hitch.

This is the person making sure our websites are always looking their best, our product launches go live on time, our campaigns run seamlessly, and every click our customers make feels effortless. You'll work across multiple teams to keep projects moving, solve problems before they become problems, and help create an online shopping experience that delights customers around the world.

What You'll Be Doing

Owning our Shopify experience

You'll be the go to person for keeping our websites running smoothly across both everyday trading and our biggest campaign moments.

This includes

Building and launching new products and collections

Creating promotions, bundles, discounts and Gift With Purchase offers

Updating homepages and key landing pages

Supporting new regional websites as we continue to grow globally

Partnering with developers to brief,



QA and resolve bugs or enhancements

Monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience

Ensuring every update is accurate, polished and ready for customers

Bringing campaigns to life

You'll own the execution side of our eCommerce campaigns from start to finish.

That means you'll

Build timelines for sales events and product launches

Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business

Keep projects moving and follow up on outstanding actions

Identify roadblocks before they impact delivery

Complete thorough QA before anything goes live

Deliver campaigns on time with exceptional attention to detail

Supporting product launches

Working closely with our Operations and Merchandising teams, you'll ensure products are launched exactly when they need to be. You'll manage New product launches

Presale activations

Website merchandising updates

Ongoing forward planning for upcoming campaigns and launches

Continuously improving the customer experience

You'll always be looking for ways to make our websites better.

Whether that's improving navigation, spotting merchandising opportunities, refining processes or identifying areas for better conversion, you'll constantly be thinking about how to create the best possible experience for our customers.

You'll know you're succeeding when:

Campaigns and product launches go live on time with minimal errors

Our websites are accurate, up to date and performing at a high standard

Cross sell and upsell opportunities help improve Average Order Value and Units per Transaction





Website issues are identified quickly and resolved efficiently

Projects are well organised and stakeholders know exactly what's happening The wider eCommerce team trusts you to make things happen

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who loves the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You'll ideally have Strong experience working in Shopify, including products, themes, promotions and apps

Previous experience managing multiple projects and campaign timelines

Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Confidence managing competing priorities and tight deadlines A proactive mindset that doesn't wait to be told what to do

Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the business A passion for creating exceptional online customer experiences
